| What is the Liberty Home Protection home warranty plan? |

Our home warranty plans cover your household systems and appliances from inactivity and put less risk
on your budget. When a covered unit malfunctions in your home, the item is repaired or replaced. We
have five flexible plans to choose from, with four convenient payment plan options.

| Will I have to find my own repair technicians? |

No. We have access to over 25,000 qualified, prescreened service technicians, with a network that
spans across the U.S. All it takes is one call and we get the most competent specialist to address your
repair issue and be at your door as soon as possible! |

| How flexible is your payment structure? |
 |

Liberty Home Protection is pleased to be able to provide its clients four payment options: You can
select monthly, 3-time, quarterly or an annual payment option. |

| My appliances have mileage on them. Will LHP still cover them? |
 |
| |
Liberty Home Protection covers all functioning household systems and appliances that have been
properly installed and maintained. You choose the plan type; we cover all units that are included in
that plan. It’s as simple as that. |

| What kind of model can I expect to replace an appliance that may be beyond repair? |
 |
| |
We will make every effort to replace your appliance with a like model. If the brand isn’t available, we
will replace it with a comparable brand. If the model is no longer manufactured, we will replace your
appliance with a comparable brand. |

| Is there a contract? |
 |

At Liberty Home Protection, we are sympathetic to your needs for flexibility, convenience and
security. This is why you can elect to have home warranty coverage with us and you will never be
asked to sign a contract! |

| My house is over 5,000 square feet. Will I have to pay extra? |
 |
| |
Unlike other home warranty plans, Liberty Home Protection puts no size limits on your home’s
coverage. In fact, many competitors request additional fees if your home is more than 5,000 square
feet. |

| What if I have an emergency over the weekend? |
 |
| |
Not a problem. Simply contact 1-800-358-8102 to report the problem, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year. We will schedule the dispatch of a qualified service technician as early as we can to
see to it that the issue is rectified. |

| Will there be a charge for filing multiple claims? In other words, is there a cap on how many claims can be filed within a given time period? |

No. We know that it is beyond our abilities to control the rate of appliance and system breakdown.
Hence, we do not believe in placing unfair restrictions on our clients. Remember, when something breaks, we will be there to fix it! |

| Will I have to have a home inspection performed in order to qualify? |
 |
| |
No. We welcome households with appliances and systems of all types and ages. There is never a home
inspection. If you are a homeowner, you qualify for the Liberty Home Protection home warranty. |
