Scott Simard - President
Born during the Blizzard of ‘77, Scott qualifies as the quintessential Buffalonian!  He grew up in Amherst, attended Williamsville schools, and graduated from Williamsville North as part of the Class of ’95.  He chose the University at Buffalo for his college studies, majoring in business management with concentration in Information Technology, Marketing, and Human Resources.  As a proud member of UB’s Alpha Kappa chapter of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity, he served as the organization’s Vice President.  Following graduation, he began his career in Buffalo’s internet industry as a Web Technologist and Systems Analyst specializing in ColdFusion applications.  Although he gained incredible experience as a programmer, he missed team-based interaction, and moved on to work his way up to the position of Senior Project Manager at one of Buffalo's premier Web Design firms.  Scott has started both enTrust Marketing Corporation ( d/b/a enTrust Home Marketing) and enTrust Realty Group from the ground up. Scott has a Masters of Business Administration through the University at Buffalo's Professional MBA program   Although a self-admitted workaholic (he has a hard time sitting still), Scott does take the occasional break to play golf, watch his favorite TV shows, “The Office” and "Lost", and spend time with his two miniature schnauzers, Gracie and Della (official enTrust® spokesdogs). Most of all, Scott likes to spend time with his newest invention - his son Timothy born in 2008.

Mindy Simard - Vice President of Public Relations and Marketing
Mindy is happy to continue her family’s legacy of Buffalo-born entrepreneurs; her grandparents founded a local real estate company, and her parents own several very successful Buffalo-grown businesses.  She was born in the city, and grew up in Snyder, earning her education through the Amherst Central Schools.  She became an accomplished figure skater with the Amherst Skating Club, to which she credits with developing her determination and commitment to detail.  Because of her strong family connections, she didn’t want to continue her studies too far from home, and found herself at Brockport College, well within her self-imposed three-hour distance radius.  Her coursework focused heavily on creative writing, poetry, and short fiction, and she published several pieces during her four years at the school.  She yearned to share her love of literature and writing with the children of her hometown, so after college, she returned to Buffalo to attend the University at Buffalo’s Teacher Education Institute.  She received her master’s degree in English Education, also from UB.  Mindy now holds a New York State Permanent Teaching Certificate for English 7-12, and is proud to have taught in the Williamsville Central Schools for her entire career.   Mindy enjoys working in her garden, knitting things she never finishes, and making Scott laugh.  She is currently teaching English 9 and 11 at Williamsville South High School, and we’re so glad she’s sharing her talents and vision with enTrust.®

Gregg W Moore - Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development
Although Gregg was born and raised in Rochester, New York, he settled in the city of Buffalo after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo. Gregg made the most of his time at UB earning concentrations in finance, marketing, and human resources management and serving in multiple leadership roles such as the President of the School of Management's business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi, and as the President of the Undergraduate Management Association. After graduation, Gregg put his knowledge and skills to work for M&T Bank first participating in a selective rotational program and later as an internal financial auditor. In addition to his experience in banking, Gregg also worked as an accountant for one of the largest media corporations in the U.S. Gregg serves on the Board of Directors for Child Care Resource Network, devotes his time to the WNY Chapter of Families of Spinal Muscular Atrophy, and is a loving husband.
