Platinum Package
enTrust will refund the purchase price of the Platinum package upon completion of contract duration. |

Refunds are only eligible to customers whose have purchased the enTrust Platinum package and whose property have not sold within contract period. "Not sold" is defined as the inability to enter into a signed agreement between you (the seller) and a buyer (a party contracted to purchase your property) within the contract period. A signed agreement between seller and buyer but failure to "close" or transfer the ownership on the property within the contract period does not qualify for "not sold" status and therefore is ineligible for a refund. Contracts expire five months from the original contract date. |

TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL enTrust BE LIABLE OR BECOME LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER ITEM OF COST OR EXPENSE OR LIABILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL DAMAGES, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY. THERE ARE NOT OTHER REFUNDS OFFERED BY enTrust OTHERT THAN REFUND PROVIDED IN THIS GUARANTEE. |

The refund request must be received at the address above no earlier than 150 days after the listing was placed and no later than 210 days after the date the listing was placed. |
