We at enTrust do things a little differently. Some might say we’re a bit unorthodox. We like to think of ourselves as the next generation of "For Sale by Owner". So what does that mean? It means a lot of things, but specifically it means that we are striving to be the best. Our mission, plain and simple, is precisely that - to be the best home seller-assisted marketing company in operation today. We are not the first FSBO-style marketing company, and we’re sure we won’t be the last. We will not make disputable claims as to what we think we are. Who we are is enTrust® .

What do we offer?

We offer you a choice. Our marketing services allow homeowners who are selling their property to save thousands of dollars. How? We provide you full-service marketing exposure for your home, much like a real estate agent would do, but without the commission! How do we do this?

Let’s start with a bit of history--traditionally, when it came time to sell your home, the first thing on the agenda was to contact a Realtor. Or, if you were brave enough, you might even have tried selling your home yourself. Let us be the first to say that there was nothing wrong with either of these methods. With a realtor, you obtained a professional image and benefited from the MLS and personal service your agent provided. You also paid a price for all that involvement- typically between 6 and 7% of your final selling price (in addition to other fees including those for an attorney and other professionals). If you were able to sell your home on your own, you saved a bundle of money, but you were frustrated by the limited market exposure available to you at a reasonable price.

Now, let's fast-forward to the 21st century; we have entered the fast-paced information age, and this is where enTrust® fits in. We like to think of ourselves as a sort of Realtor/ FSBO hybrid—sleek, new, and incredibly efficient! We provide all, if not more, marketing exposure than a Realtor can, and we allow you the flexibility to represent yourself and retain as much value as possible in your hard-earned investment. So, who are we?

Glad you asked! We are a team of young professionals dedicated to providing you with perfect service. After all, we know our success depends on how well we serve you and your home marketing needs. Our roots are here in Buffalo, and regardless of what we hear day in and day out, Buffalo is a gem. Unlike most of our friends who picked up and left the area to find work out-of-town, we are still here. Rather than fleeing for a job after college, we have refused to leave our hometown. We are on a mission to prove that Buffalo has a lot to offer in its economy, and know that our Queen City is just looking out over the cusp at amazing things ahead. We want to be part of the upswing that Buffalo is charging toward. Let's face it-- the youth are the hope for our hometown and if we can contribute in even a small way, nothing would satisfy us more.
